There are over 100 Schoolies buildings listed here, however buildings may be added without notice. To ensure you have the most up-to-date list, click Refresh. If it is still not visible, then they are not in our program and do not take Schoolies.

Where is the Town Centre?

The Town Centre on the Gold Coast is Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise. In Byron Bay, it is Jonson St. In Noosa, the Town Centre is Hastings St. In Coolum, Mooloolaba, Caloundra and Alexandra Headland, the Town Centre is considered to be The Esplanade.

Is the price noted on the list the exact price for my Schoolies holiday?

The prices on this list are a starting price only for accommodation. These prices may change depending on the number of people in a room, the room type and tour dates. Please note that a $200 per person accommodation bond is payable on all buildings.
