If you're looking for info, check out our fact sheets on everything from stress, depression, coping with anxiety and safe sex to drug and alcohol awareness, eating disorders and self harm. You can also find out where to go to get help in your local community. If you're looking for support, sign up to our Online Community Forum. Chat with people your age who have been through tough times and can give you advice on how to get through your own.
If you've got something to say share your story with Reach Out! readers or read hundreds of interviews with your favourite celebrities, sportspeople, musos or some simply inspiring young people.
Into gaming? Then test-drive life at Reach Out Central. You'll be new in town in ROC so it'll be up to you to make new friends and find your way around. Also what you'll discover is that the choices you make about new friends, partying, work and life in general might start to impact your real life outside the walls of Reach Out Central.
And finally, if you've got some time to share, apply online to become a Reach Out! Youth Ambassador and help us improve the service and keep Reach Out! the most accessed mental health website for young people in Australia.
