BOND REFUND INFO
1. How do I get my bond back?
Go to bonds.schoolies.com select the year you went to schoolies and enter your booking number and password. Print off the displayed bond refund form and fill in the required details and post to the address listed on the form.
2. How long can it take for my bond refund to be processed?
Bond refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed once we have received your form.
3. How do I get my booking number and password?
Please send an enquiry to info@schoolies.com and a consultant will respond with your details within 3 working days.
4. How do I access my bond refund form if I booked with a travel agent?
You must contact your agency who will provide you with your form.
5. How do I dispute a bond deduction?
Please contact the hotel direct if you have a dispute, the hotel is solely responsible for amendments to your deductions.
6. Can my bond be refunded to a credit card?
No.
7. Can I fax or email my form?
No, Schoolies.com will only process posted forms as we do require the original.
8. Can my bond be refunded to someone else?
Your refund will only be deposited into an account that has the same surname as yours. If you wish to nominate a different account (any account not held in your surname) you must fill in the details on the form and then write a signed declaration of permission on the back of the form (ie. I give permission for my bond to be refunded to the account details written on this form).
