Schoolies.com arranges trips for over 30,000 year 12 graduates each year. Our aim is to offer students a choice of activities, accommodation, parties and events that will ensure they have the best week of their life.
TYPES OF ROLES AVAILABLE
We have a range of roles available both in the lead up to and during the event. Some roles require a level of previous experience, others require no experience, just a willingness to work hard and the ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
Here are a few of the roles and tasks available:
- Customer Service Attendants
- Event Assistant
- Gate Scanners
- Check in staff
- Crowd Ushers
- Cash counters
- Order packing staff
- Reservations staff
- Ticket sales
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills:
- Previous event experience is highly regarded, or an interest in working in the events and/or travel industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A go getter who takes initiative.
- Can do attitude and willing to be flexible where necessary.
- Must have availability to work throughout the Schoolies period.
- Experience as a tour guide, travel consultant, group coordinator or managing group activities is highly regarded for volunteer international positions.
- Knowledge of international travel is highly regarded for volunteer international positions.
