How Do I Organise Schoolies 2018?

Trying to plan Schoolies can be a bit of a daunting task at the start! But it’s easier than you think. Here’s a step by step guide on how to plan the best week of your life.

1. Gather the squad
So first things first, you need to gather a crew of people that you want to celebrate the end of School with! Choose wisely, these are the guys you will be living with for a whole week. A little bit short on numbers? That’s ok! We have options available for just two people so you only need to find one friend. It can even be a family member! Also, if you do have a falling out with your mates and need to make a change, this is possible. Just let us know the situation and we will tell you the steps. There may be some fees involved depending on the change though.

2. Choose your location
While Gold Coast is the biggest Schoolies destination, it’s not the only option. We also offer places like Airlie Beach, Byron Bay, Cairns, Caloundra, Coolum, Dunsborough Region, Lorne, Magnetic Island, Noosa, Phillip Island, Port Stephens, Rye, Sunshine Coast, Torquay and International destinations such as Bali and Fiji. Sahhh many options!

3. Choose and book your hotel
There are sooo many hotels to choose from at the www.Schoolies.com website, but the best ones go super-fast so don’t wait too long! To plan for this one just think about how many people are going to be in your room and how much you guys are willing to spend per person. You only need a $100 deposit per person to book too! You can pay the rest later. All the hotels are shown at a per person price, the price is different depending on how many people are in the room. On a side note: if you do have a spare spot in your room, you can add someone later and the price will go down. YASSS.

4. Add your event tickets and merch
So once you have the accommodation and the crew sorted, it’s time to choose the parties! It’s super easy; you just login to your booking at the Schoolies.com website and add any parties or merchandise that you want in the column on the left. We have underage, all age and overage parties at most destinations so we have you covered if some friends are under 18 and some are over 18!

5. Pay it off
The best bit? You don’t even have to pay straight away! For domestic locations we give you until September to pay it off and for International you get until July. There’s not even a set plan. Once your deposit has been paid you can just make payments whenever you like as long as it’s paid before the due date! WINNING.
6. Flights and Transfers If you are travelling far for your trip then you will need to book flights and transfers. We only help you book flights if you’re going international. If you’re going domestic, you can book flights 10 months in advance so get in early! 6. Set off on the best week of your life!
