Where to Play

Walk Up to the Lighthouse

A visit to Byron Bay isn’t complete unless you trek up to the iconic lighthouse, for a selfie or two. This lighthouse sits up on a hill, looking over Byron Bay, and is marked as the most easterly point of Australia. The walk up there isn’t too hard, so don’t think you have to be a fitness champ to head on up. Once you get up there the views are epic, looking down at the ocean as it crashes into the rugged rocks, and right on over to the whole of Byron Bay. If you’re lucky you might spot some dolphins too!

Go Sea Kayaking

For the adventurous schoolie, Sea Kayaking is a wicked time. So what is Sea Kayaking you ask? First, there is the adrenaline rush of paddling your kayak over the waves without capsizing, but once you have conquered that you are rewarded with a stunning day on the ocean with the dolphins and sea turtles. Check out Go Sea Kayak here.

Visit The Farm

For the more chilled out schoolie, The Farm at Byron Bay is a relaxing day out with your besties, to recharge before you’re back in party mode for the night. Grab some lunch, take a wander among the farm animals and soak up the sunshine in this low-key haven.
