Your bond refund will be available 10 days after check-out subject to clearance by the manager of your accommodation.
Bond refunds will not be processed by telephone.
To claim your refund
- Login to your booking using your original booking number and password and select BOND REFUND
- Enter your bank account details (make sure they are correct as you will incur a $20 fee if we cannot refund your bond)
- Download & print your Bond Refund Notice.
- Sign it and post it to us. Our address is on the Bond Refund Notice form
If you have a dispute regarding your bond refund you should contact the building manager.
